The education in the Philippines is completely in disarray and disintegrated when it comes to evaluation, it is not acceptable under the U.S. Standards regardless you are a graduate of an exclusive school, it does not mean a thing in the U.S. I think that the DOE should overhaul the entire school system and make some moves in order to match U.S. standards.
