Never mind the top listers, what matters is to pass the exam, especially the first timers. Pray hard those who have multiple attempt and still failed. Prayer really works!!

It is ridiculous that these nurses who just passed the exams must serve two years before they can apply for a working visa, then after they passed the NCLEX or CGFNS they will end up to the lowest form of medical assisting like LPN’S or caregivers. The education in the Philippines is completely in disarray and disintegrated when it comes to evaluation, it is not acceptable under the U.S. Standards regardless you are a graduate of an exclusive school, it does not mean a thing in the U.S. I think that the DOE should overhaul the entire school system and make some moves in order to match U.S. standards.
